# 641 Executing Multiple SQL INSERT Queries within a Transaction Causes a Corrupted Header Error Message
Executing multiple SQL INSERT queries within the context of a transaction will cause an #8961 Header Corrupt error message.

This error can also be caused with SQL UPDATE or DELETE statements as well as with tables (if the table is updated, closed, and then re-opened within the context of the same transaction).
