# 919 Creating a New Table Using the DBSYS Utility Causes the Table Description to not be Saved
Creating a new table in DBSYS with a table description results in the table description not being saved. You have to restructure the table to save the description.

Comments Comments and Workarounds
Naming mixup in one of the edit controls caused by a with statement. Workaround is to use the Restructure option after creating the table to set the description again.
