# 1074 Need to Stop Automatically Populating the Contents of the TDBISAMSession PrivateDir Property

TDBISAMSession now always fills the PrivateDir field with my Temp directory and saves it to the DFM. So I obtain an executable that can only be run on machines with a c:\TEMP directory, and have no way to notice it as I DO have c:\TEMP directory.

Comments Comments and Workarounds
We've had several complaints about this, and we've now reverted it back to the old behavior where the PrivateDir property defaults to blank, not the Windows temporary directory.
