# 1573 DBISAM Remote Pinging Not Working Under Windows 95 Due to TryEnterCriticalSection Usage
DBISAM is using TryEnterCriticalSection calls, which are not available under Windows 95 and cause DBISAM to not work properly when it tries to remotely ping the database server.
