# 1845 Logging Out of and Back into Windows XP Causes DBSRVR Service to Stop Showing Icon in System Tray
One of our sites was running satisfactorily until recently when the server machine was changed from Windows 2000 to XP Pro. Now the system tray icon disappears during logoff (normal) but does not reappear when a user logs back in. The database server is running as a service.
