# 2106 Live Queries with No Order By Can Select the Incorrect Default Index for Ordering

When using a Descending field with a compound primary index, the order of data returned to a query is correct when requesting a read only dataset but random when requesting a live dataset.

This has only occurred since a recent build and only where an existing table has been altered. In other words, existing tables that have not been altered with the current build behave correctly.

Note: The compond primary index in this case consists of a string; DateTime and Boolean field. The DateTime field is selected as the descending field.
