# 2184 Cannot Add a New User in the Server Administration Utility Using Non-English Locales in Windows

There is a problem with the Server Administration Utility, 4.23 Build 2 (tested on Win Xp Portuguese version): Can't add a new user; clicking the "Add" button on the "Users" tab generates the error "'4,23 Build 2' is not a valid floating point value".

Resolution

Fixed Problem on 4/8/2006 in version 4.24 build 1
