# 2878 Incident Report #2830 Breaks AlterTable Method Calls That Reference TextIndexFields Property

I believe that 4.27 breaks the AlterTable function in the TDBISAMTable component. I installed 4.27 on my system so I could keep working on a custom project and noticed that my table structure verification function stopped creating new fields as I added them to the table definitions in my application. It appears that it is completing the AlterTable call without throwing an exception or any other errors, but never creates the new columns.
