# 3531 Database System Utility Missing Help File
I’ve just got around to installing build 3 of DBISAM version 4.31 - both the vcl and the ADD. When I tried to access help in the dbsys program, I got the message that dbsys.hlp could not be found. It was there prior to the installation of the new build.
