# 4618 BDE Database Transfer Utility Not Populating the Locales Combo Box Properly

I downloaded the BDE Transfer Utility and it seems to run smoothly - except that Danish and German special characters are garbled in the fields of the .dat tables.

If I check the Transliterate Source Fields on the Destination tab, that fixes the problem with the characters, but the Locale combo box is empty and a locale cannot be selected.
