# 4640 DBISAM Database Server Can Experience AV when Removing Dead Sessions
We launched the 4.45 build 1 server yesterday. I'm seeing some Internal errors like this:

Internal error removing dead session [Access violation at address 000000000040CBD5 in module 'dbsrvr.exe'. Read of address FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF]

The issue was with how the tear-down process occurred for dead sessions.

Fixed Problem on 5/15/2018 in version 4.45 build 2
