# 4020 Mixing Optimized and Un-Optimized OR and AND Conditions Can Cause Incorrect Results

The where clause of a SQL statement is not working as it should. If we run the following SQL statement we get no data back, when the result should be two rows.

SELECT * FROM History WHERE
dagboek='V1' and docnr=20140230 and jaar=2014 
AND ( (NOT(AlgRek IN ('654000','754000')))OR (RekType<>3) OR (BedragEUR <> 0.00 and AlgRek IN ('654000','754000')) )

Resolution

Fixed Problem on 3/24/2014 in version 2.16 build 2
