# 3704 Web Server Not Serving Up Custom BLOB DataSet Content Properly
I've just tried cdcollector (in the \examples\cdcollector subdirectory) , the CoverArtImage is not showing any pictures.

In Control Panel -> Region and Language ->Administrative -> Change Systems Local: if changed to Chinese or Japanese, the image will not show up.

This also included the local web server in the EWB IDE.
