# 3943 Compiler Performing Case-Sensitive CASE Option Duplicate Checking

The case statement is case insensitive when checking for duplicate options.

case ch of
   'A': //
   'a' : //

error with:  Duplicate case option 'a'
#65 and #97 also error.

Resolution

Fixed Problem on 10/5/2013 in version 1.03 build 1
