# 3976 Controls Placed Past End of Client Area Revert to Client Area on Form Reload at Design Time

I have a TPanel with a lot controls (TEdit etc.). They do not all fit on the Panel, so I used the Versical Scrollbar property to fit them all. That works fine, but if I close EWB and open it again, all the (lower) controls have crawled back to a visible position. So the controls now are on top of each other.
