# 4195 Internal Web Server Port Conflicts Not Displaying Proper Error Dialog

When I open the program with my project I get the following error:

The web server can not be started (Socket error: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.

(10013), on API 'bind)

Comments

The error dialog should have said:

The Internal Web Server cannot be started automatically because another application or service is already listening for requests on port 80.

Please select Environment/Options from the main menu and navigate to the Internal Web Server page in the Environment Options dialog to modify the port number that the Internal Web Server listens on.

Resolution

Fixed Problem on 7/13/2015 in version 2.01 build 1
