# 4289 Messages Panel Splitter Constraints Issue in the IDE

Start the IDE new, you'll see your last project. At the very bottom there is an info panel with two columns. On the left: "Component file - compiled successfully". On the right: the *.wbp file. Above is the (if switched visible) message window and above the horizontal splitter of the message window.

Now grab the splitter and move it full down (I will reduce the message window to the minimum height). It follows, that the message window moves to the bottom, above is the info panel, above is the splitter. At this state the splitter belongs to the info panel (I think it's a bug). This message window cannot be resized anymore until the IDE starts new.
