# 47 TDBISAMTable Allows for Selection of Same TDataSource Connected to Table
When you drop down the list of datasources to set a master source, the source for the database you are working on is included in the list. This would allow you to set a dataset's master source to itself.

The base DB.PAS unit handles the TDataSource component and property editors and will display an error message if you attempt to point the MasterSource to the same TDataSource component as the current TDBISAMTable.
