# 116 Missing Index File During Open Incorrectly Leaves Data File Open

I tried to open a data file in DBSYS but was unable to because I had copied only the data file, but not the index file. I got an error, said ok, and copied the other files. I was then able to open the file for shared access, but not for restructuring. I couldn't get exclusive access to the file without exiting from DBSYS.
