# 243 Case Insensitive Option Not Working Properly For Filters
It doesn't appear that set foCaseInsensitive is having any effect on the filter results.

The problem was with the case-insensitivity functionality in the filters mistakenly looking at the index case-sensitivity flag even when the filter was not optimized (not using an index).
