# 469 BDE Database Transfer Utility Not Handling dBase Index Expressions with Minus (-) Correctly

I've just tried converting a FoxPro table which caused a problem. I had an index which was defined as 'SURNAME - FIRST_NAME'. I didn't expect the utilty to transfer this index, but when I tried, I got this error message:

Field 'SURNAME - FIRST_NAME' not found

I have already successfuly converted another 160,000 record FoxPro table, so I know the utility works. It looks like it misinterprets index formulas defined with a minus sign.

BDE Database Transfer Utility will now ignore such an expression index when transferring the source dBase table.
