# 490 Importing ASCII File Containing Memos With Embedded Double-Quotes and Comma Fails

I downloaded version 1.18. I found a problem in the database utility. Try this:

1) open the incedent.dat table
2) export to an ascii file
3) empty the incident table
4) re-import the data. It will go to the 140th record and then get an error.
