# 499 Non-Optimized SQL SELECT Statements Causing a Memory Leak

I am having a problem with DBISAM v1.18. Every time I execute a SQL query, I lose a little memory. My application is mission critical, with a SQL statement firing off once per second, at minimum. Our server program starts life with a 2Mb footprint under NT Server, and after an hour or two of polling for mail every second, it has consumed over 70Mb of RAM.
