# 1798 SRVADMIN Utility Raises Conversion Exception When OS Is Using Non-English Locales
Server Administration Utility V4.09 raises the exception "4.09 is not a valid floating point value" when we press "Add" in the "Users" Tab. I think the problem is with TMainForm.EnableUserControls, because StrToCurr( ) expects ',' as decimal separator when "Locale=Portuguese".
