# 2178 Closing a TDBISAMTable or TDBISAMQuery During Edit with Attached TDBMemo Controls Causes AV

If a memo is edited and then the main program form is closed without saving, an access error occurs in either local or c/s.

Comments and Workarounds

The workaround is to cancel or post any edits prior to closing the form.

Resolution

Fixed Problem on 4/4/2006 in version 4.23 build 1
