# 2321 Remote Send and Receive Progress Updates Causing Execution Lockups when Executing Queries

I have an error I don't understand. I executed a query in EDBManager multiple times (3x)... First time I execute everythings working fine. Then clicked again "execute"... all ok. Third time I can see in taskmanager that server is busy like in the first two times... but nothing happens, the ExecSQL didn't finish.... EDBManager hangs up.

Comments

The issue was with the internal remote send/receive progress updates interfering with the query execution and progress updating. This also manifested itself in the query execution progress updates as always showing zero (0) percent done for the query progress.

Resolution

Fixed Problem on 4/14/2007 in version 1.03 build 1
