# 2855 Unicode ElevateDB Manager Does Not Compile Properly Under Delphi 2009

I have problems with edbmgr.exe under edbmgrunicode directory:

1. edbmgr.exe can't display Chinese Unicode characters correctly. Some characters are replaced by '?'.

2. When I try to open edbmgr.dproj with Delphi 2009 to compile the project, Delphi 2009 tell me it will upgrade the project to new version.

3. When I open edbmgr.dproj with Delphi 2009, I got errors: TEDBTaskPaneScrollBox, TEDBSyntaxMemo, TEDBToolBar not found.

4. I tried to install edbutilcomps.pas unit in Delphi 2009, but I got a errors:

1. [DCC Error] edbutilcomps.pas (349): E2037 Declaration of 'GetDisplayName' differs from previous declaration;

2. [DCC Error] edbutilcomps.pas(301): E2008 Incompatible types
