# 2972 Jobs Defined as EVERY x HOURS Not Executing After the First Day Completes

A JOB defined as follows has been working correctly for some time, but since the update to build 11 it doesn't fire anymore (in fact, I'm not sure if the problem started with build 11 or before that). I dropped the JOB and created it again and it fired immediately after and every 2 hours as expected, but only until 2009-04-04 at 23:00 - after that it never fired again. I performed
some more tests and concluded that jobs scheduled EVERY n HOURS are only firing during the day they are created and then stop working.

CREATE JOB "AGV2-ExpDados"
RUN AS "System"
FROM DATE '2009-04-04' TO DATE '2999-12-31'
EVERY 2 HOURS
BETWEEN TIME '06:00' AND TIME '23:00'

Resolution

Fixed Problem on 4/5/2009 in version 2.02 build 11
