# 3220 Connect Errors Cause Access Violation on Windows CE/Mobile with Lazarus/FreePascal
I am seeing a problem here when I try to connect to a remote server from WinCE. It gives #1100 and AV.

The AV was due to an error in the Windows CE RTL unit SysUtils.pp. ElevateDB now skips calling this, and uses its own version internally.
