# 3824 Reverse Engineering Not Generating Upgrade Scripts Properly For Triggers Containing Statement Term
When generating a database upgrade script with EDB 2.12, statements for triggers in the target database that need to be altered or created in the source database which contain the terminator character within the trigger body are split incorrectly at the terminator character.
