# 3826 ElevateDB Manager Constraint Columns List Can Cause Index Out Of Bounds Exception

When altering a table in EDB Manager, clicking an empty area of one of the lists of columns in the Constraints tab while there isn't yet a selected item generates an "Index out of bounds (-1)" exception.

Fixed Problem on 6/13/2013 in version 2.13 build 1
