# 4621 Generate As Identify Option in ElevateDB Manager Create/Alter Table Dialog Incorrectly Disabled

I managed to reproduce the behavior of the disabled Generate As Identity radiobutton in the ElevateDB Manager.

It seems if you start with varchar, use "generate" and change the type to Integer later on, you get disabled options.

If I now click "reset properties" and use the integer type and then clicking the Generate checkbox it's ok.

So the "wrong" order of clicking the generate checkbox caused the disabled Generate As Identity.
