# 4552 OnCaptionBarDblClick Event Not Firing for TPanel/TDialog if AllowMove Property Set to True
The OnCaptionBarDblClick event does not fire if AllowMove:=True for a TDialog.

The AllowMove property is a property of the caption bar instance attached to all TPanel and TDialog instances.
