# 4803 EWB Native Server Modules Installation Results in Error When Loading Projects

I am using Embracadero Delphi 10.4. (Sydney). I installed EWB 3.00 Build 1 without problems.

After installing EWB3 Modules 3.00 Build1 for RAD Studio 10.4 (Delphi Win32) and then opening Delphi 10.4 I get an error 'A component named DotNetForm already exists'.

I did not deinstall EWB 2.06 build 20, but I deinstalled corresponding EWB Modules 2.06 Build 20 for RAD Studio 10T. There is only EWB3 Modules 3.00 Build1 for RAD Studio 10.4 (Delphi Win32) present on my system.

Comments

The problem was caused by the use of the IsUniqueGlobalComponentNameProc for checking unique component names. EWB was not using this procedure properly.

Resolution

Fixed Problem on 9/21/2021 in version 3.02 build 1
