# 4814 Turning Off the "Allow the Cursor in Trailing White Space" Setting Prevents Leading Spaces

The EWB code editor doesn't let me indent new code lines with spaces. Sure I can use tabs, yes, but old dog/new tricks, I keep forgetting to tab.

So my space keypresses are ignored until I place a character, then I can go back and indent the line.
