function SQLStrToDate(const Value: String): TDateTime

Call the SQLStrToDate method to convert a string that contains an SQL 2003 standard date constant to an actual TDateTime value. All SQL and filter expressions in ElevateDB require standard date constants which use the 'yyyy-mm-dd' format.
