Compiling Lazarus applications for deployment under Windows CE/Mobile can be a difficult process if one isn't familiar with the Lazarus IDE and how the compiler search paths work. In order to make this process a little easier, our customer Richard Harding was kind enough to post an easy-to-use list of instructions for doing so on our support forums. If you are unfamiliar with the Lazarus IDE and how the compiler search routes function, compiling Lazarus apps for deployment under Windows CE/Mobile can be a tough procedure. To make this procedure a bit simpler, our client Richard Harding was nice enough to publish a simple set of instructions on our help forums. I've re-formatted Richard's message and incorporated it as a technical paper, which you can see at the following link:

As Free Pascal supports cross-compiling, Lazarus applications can be cross-compiled from Windows to Linux and FreeBSD, and vice versa.
