# 341 Using Runtime Packages in BCB 3 or 4 Causes an Access Violation

When I try to run a very simple program with your component(just put one of your component in a form), I have an EAccessViolation exception when the programm start. I have windows 98 with 128 mb ram and C++ Builder 3.

Problem was with the DBISAM package having a dependency upon the RTL DLL for BCB.
