# 2807 Incorrect Error Position Indicated When Comments are Present in SQL Statement
I've got an SQL query like the following, and if there is no error in query2, query2 is executed. If there is an error in query2, a line in query1 is highlighted.

*/
query2

The workaround is to remove the comments.
