# 3068 LOAD UPDATES Fails with "Column Not Found" Error When Loading Empty BLOB Update

Our customers are receiving the following error during a LOAD UPDATES call:

ElevateDB Error #1305 Error loading updates for the database Exxel Catalogue (Unknown error occurred with the table part (ElevateDB Error #401 The column does not exist))

Comments

The problem was caused by a zero-length BLOB update in the incoming updates file. The load process was not handling this correctly.

Resolution

Fixed Problem on 9/21/2009 in version 2.03 build 2
