# 4232 Adding a Grid Column that Causes a Horizontal ScrollBar to Appear Causes Crash
I am attempting to build an Unbound Grid.

The grid requires 5 columns.

As I add the columns using the '+' button, a bug appears that crashes the system.

Try it, just drop a Grid on a form and hit the '+' 3 times.

The problem was related to how the grid cells were updated during a resizing of the client area to accomodate the new grid column.
