# 4274 Resizing a Control with an Outset Shadow Causes a GDI+ Error
There is a problem with EWB 2.02 B2 when resizing a TDialog in the IDE with the mouse.

The following error is displayed:

(GDI+ Error) One of the arguments passed to the method was not valid.

The form then disappears from the IDE and will not come back.
