# 4396 Double-Clicking on Cell in TGrid Instance to Close Modal Form Causes Error
When I close a modal form by double clicking in the grid, I get the following error:

"Unable to get property 'telement_fenabled' of undefined or null reference

The workaround is to set the grid's RowSelect property to True.
