# 4876 New Installations Can Experience Errors Trying to Perform Operations with the Internal Web Server

When I compile a project in 3.02, I get the following error:

"There was an error deploying the application:

Error executing request to
https://localhost/administration:

Only users that have been granted the UploadFiles privilege may perform this operation"

Comments

The error was caused by some session initialization changes, and only affected new installations where the ewbide.ini file had not already been created yet.

Resolution

Fixed Problem on 5/5/2022 in version 3.02 build 2
