# 4895 Transactions Not Working in Server Applications Due to New IncludeInTransaction Property Bug
3.02 introduced the new TDataSet.IncludeInTransaction property that specifies whether a given dataset should participate in any transactions started within the same database.

This property was not being initialized properly for server applications, resulting in them ignoring any inserts, updates, or deletes during transaction commits.
