Creating or altering stores do not save an associated description.

CREATE STORE "MyStore" 
AS LOCAL PATH 'C:\Stores\MyTestStore' 
DESCRIPTION "MyStore Description";

-or-

ALTER STORE "MyStore" 
AS LOCAL PATH 'C:\Stores\MyTestStore' 
DESCRIPTION "MyStore Description";

This occurs with local stores only.

Fixed Problem on 8/5/2008 in version 2.01 build 4
