# 2756 CASTing an INTEGER to an INTERVAL Type Causes Error

I don't get it how to typecast an integer to an interval. I want to achieve something like the following but it doesn't work.

FUNCTION INCHOUR(IN ts TIMESTAMP, IN h FLOAT)
RETURNS TIMESTAMP
BEGIN
  RETURN ts + CAST(CAST(h*60 AS INTEGER) AS INTERVAL MINUTE) ;
END;

Resolution

Fixed Problem on 8/17/2008 in version 2.01 build 5
