# 2780 ElevateDB Manager Not Showing Progress Accurately During Long Processes

EDB Manager does not show a progress bar when restoring a backup. this used to work.

This was caused by the new threaded messaging processing added to 2.01 B5 for the debugger. The progress was being updated, but due to the amount of processor usage in the main thread, the progress messages were never being retrieved from the message queue and processed in order to update the progress bar.

Fixed Problem on 9/24/2008 in version 2.02 build 1
