# 2806 Restoring a Backup to an In-Memory Database Causes an Exception When Restored Tables Are Opened

After restoring a backup file to a memory database I always get an exception when I try to open the tables. The restore operation completes with no errors, I can view the tables, columns, etc. in the explorer tree but I always get an exception if I try to open any table. The in-memory database I'm using was completely empty before the restore operation. Everything works fine if I restore the same backup file to a disk based database, but not to an in memory database.

The exception is:

There is an error in the metadata for the table Actividades (Signature, password, character set (ANSI/Unicode), or version number mismatch)
