# 3937 Incorrect Manual Information About FormatSettings ShortMonthNames

The Help correctly says these arrays are 0-based but I found I had to pass a 1-based index to get the right values due to the decrement above.

Fixed Problem on 8/11/2013 in version 1.03 build 1
